dssp-dbg software package provides debugging symbols for dssp, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install dssp-dbg
dssp-dbg is installed in your system.
Make ensure the dssp-dbg package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep dssp-dbg *
You will get with dssp-dbg package name, version, architecture and description in a table
